Mike established Talon Eagles Wing Ministry upon the creation of Talon Healthy IT Services in 2014. The idea was to tithe on the profits of the company and make a positive impact on the lives of people by investing in ministries that shared the Gospel Message and the love of Jesus Christ as part of their efforts. Upon Selling the Company in 2021 a 501c3 was established and a fund set up to create a perpetual vehicle to continue those investments well into the future.
Mike has 30 years in the Technology development, support and delivery industry, founder and developer of VisionXT, Mentor HC, StrokeVision (SAAS Solutions for Government and Healthcare), Founder of Talon Healthy IT Services (EPIC, Telehealth, Clinical Applications Support), Mike is currently President of HCTec and Board Member and serves as interim CEO for E-Facilis a telemedicine company. Mike is married to Jo his childhood sweetheart of 42 years, has two children that are married which he likes and 5 grandchildren which he loves………
Bethany was born and raised in Yadkin County, North Carolina and was saved by grace at an early age.
Her educational and professional backgrounds include a Bachelor of Science in biology from Salem College and a decade of research and development in biotech before committing to full-time parenting.
As a long-time member of Calvary Baptist Church in Winston Salem, she is very active, serving in various roles ranging from choir to medical missions to children and student ministries, where she is now most active and passionate about sharing the love of Christ with upcoming generations.
She is married to her husband, Jamie, of 19 years. They have three children and an overly-rambunctious dog, Lucy. When she isn’t shuttling kids back and forth to school and other activities, you can find her running, traveling, and eating pastries.
Jerome was born in 1962 and saved by grace August 1974.
Jerome is a Husband, Father, and Grandfather.
He retired in 2017 after 31 years as a high school teacher/coach in the North Carolina public school system.
He is a certificated flight instructor and contract pilot.
Jerome is also the Manager of Talon Aviation Flight Training.
Kristen was raised and lived with her family in Alamance County, North Carolina and attended Graham Presbyterian Church, where she was baptized at an early age. Her educational and professional backgrounds include a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has grown professionally as an Office Manager and Director of Operations for Talon of NC and is currently the HR Business Partner for HCtec Partners. Kristen is a mother to three amazing children, Abby, Nick and Alex. As a family they attend River Oaks Community Church, volunteering mostly with children’s activities. During the school year, you can find Kristen supporting her children’s school and extracurricular activities, while summers are spent at the family lake home, riding jet skis, surfing and riding on the boat.
