About Us
Talon Eagle’s Wing Ministry was founded by Mike Linville, a Christian entrepreneur who humbly believes his success in business has been the result not of his own accord, but the power of Jesus Christ working through him as stated in John 15:5: “I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he is bearing much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” Through 30 years of successfully establishing and operating information technology-based companies, Mike has sought to integrate his faith into daily operations according to Biblical principles.
When Mike established Talon Healthy IT Services in 2014, he also created Talon Eagle’s Wing Ministry as a way to tithe on the profits of the company. Upon the sale of the company in 2021, the Talon Eagle’s Wing Ministry was established as a 501c3 and an investment fund set up to enable us to share God’s blessings with nonprofits well into the future.
What We Believe
We believe in the Trinity that is revealed to us in the Bible: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, each is distinct, but sharing perfect unity in love. Eternal life (what is known as “salvation”) is a free gift of God. It is given by God’s grace alone and not through any merit on our part. If we confess that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts, we will be saved. We believe that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God. It contains all that people in any age need to know for their salvation. We call the Bible “God’s Word”, believing that through the Holy Spirit, God speaks to us through this book. In short, we believe every aspect of the Christian life should be lived giving glory to God.
